Susan Strickroot Adams has lived in Miami since 1963. She is a member of the Florida Bar, having received her Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University in 1986 and her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Miami in 1992.
With over twenty years experience, Mrs. Adams has worked in the tax and estate planning field since graduating from law school. Formerly Senior Vice President and Trust Counsel of Fiduciary Trust International of the South, she has been in private practice for 15 years.
Mrs. Adams is a member of the Council of Past Presidents of the University of Miami Citizens Board, a member of the Executive Board of the Ransom Everglades School Parents’ Association, a Founder of the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, a Sustainer of the Junior League of Miami, and is active with St. Philip’s Episcopal Church and School. Professional memberships include the Florida Bar and the Dade County Bar Association.
